Accessing the site

Instructions for accessing BroadCloud PBX Knowledge Base site

1. Insure that you have a BroadSoft Xchange account.
    a. If you already have an Xchange account, make a note of the login-in credentials you use with Xchange (e.g. an email address and password), and skip to step #4 below.
    b. If you need an Xchange account, proceed to step #2 below.
    c. If you have an Xchange account but do not remember the password, proceed to step #3 below.

2. To sign up for an Xchange account:
    a. Navigate to http://xchange.broadsoft.com/
    b. On the right side of the page, locate and click the green “Request an Account” button, and follow the directions from there.


    c. Once you have your Xchange credentials, move to step #4 below.

3. If you have forgotten your Xchange password:
    a. Navigate to http://xchange.broadsoft.com/php/xchange/
    b. On the left side of the page, locate and click the “> Forgot your password?” link, and follow the directions from there.


    c. Once you have your Xchange credentials, move to step #4 below.

4. Navigate to the new BroadCloud PBX Knowledge Base site, located at http://info.broadcloudpbx.com

    a. Enter your login credentials at the left side of the page (…the same ones used with Xchange).
